Orange Onion Salad With Celery Seed Dressing

Ingredients
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced
  Dark salad greens 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Romaine, Escarole, Watercress, Etc.)
  Canned mandarin oranges 11 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Red onion 1 Small, sliced thin and separated into rings
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery seed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

The Salad:
Spread almonds on a baking sheet and bake at 300° for approximately 10 minutes until golden. Watch carefully, so they do not burn. Let cool.
Combine lettuce, oranges, and onion in salad bowl. Add toasted almonds.
The Dressing:
Combine dressing ingredients in a blender and whirl until well blended. Toss with salad mixture until thoroughly coated.
