Sweet And Sour Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Apricot nectar 5 1⁄2 Ounce (2/3 cup)
  Red wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a small saucepan combine cornstarch, garlic powder, and ginger.
Stir in apricot nectar.
Cook and stir over medium heat till mixture is thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in red wine vinegar and sesame oil.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
