Dijon Dressing

Ingredients
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon (acceptable)
Directions

In a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, blend mustard and vinegar.
Add oil, one tablespoon at a time, until mixture is well blended.
