Citrus Salad Dressing

  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened grapefruit juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Liquid red pepper seasoning 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1 Combine cornstarch, sugar, salt, paprika and dry mustard in a small saucepan; stir in grapefruit juice. Bring to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
2 Add oil, red pepper seasoning and catsup; mix well. Chill several hours.
