Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon (From 1 Envelope)
  Cold water 1 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Pinch
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl to soften. Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
2 Add sugar and salt; stir.
3 Combine gelatin mixture with lemon rind and juice, dry mustard, garlic salt, white pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a 2-cup jar with a screw top.
