Citrus Salad With Honey Lime Dressing
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||4 Teaspoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Reduced calorie chili sauce||4 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Dash|
|Torn bibb lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Torn iceberg lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Torn curly endive||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pink grapefruit||2 Medium, peeled and sectioned|
|Oranges||2 Large, peeled and sectioned|
|Ripe avocado||1⁄2 Small, peeled and cut into 18 thin slices|
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a wire whisk until blended.
Cover and chill.
Combine lettuces and endive; toss well.
Place 1 cup lettuce mixture on each individual salad plate.
Arrange grapefruit sections, orange sections, and avocado on lettuce; drizzle lime mixture evenly over salads.
