  Cider/Red wine / balsamic / tarragon vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.
Shake to blend.
Refrigerate to store.
