Old Fashioned Dressing

Ingredients
  Celery ribs 2 , chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Sliced fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cubed
  Minced fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rubbed sage 2 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Stale white bread cubes 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Stale whole wheat bread cubes 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

In a large skillet, saute the celery, onion and mushrooms butter until tender.
Stir in the seasonings.
Place the white bread cubes and whole wheat bread cubes in a large bowl.
Add the vegetable mixture and toss to coat.
Stir in the chicken broth.
Transfer to a 3-qt.slow cooker coated with cooking spray.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until heated through.
