Lettuce Slices With Radish Cream Dressing

Ingredients
  Radishes 2 Bunch (200 gm), washed and trimmed
  Imitation mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Skim milk 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Iceberg lettuce head 1 Medium
Directions

1. Chop radishes fine; drain well; place in a small bowl.
2. Stir in mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Let stand 15 minutes to season.
