Fresh Herb And Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Arrowroot 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon, mixed with 2 1/4 teaspoons cold water
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Teaspoon
  Fresh lime juice 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tabasco sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable seasoning 1 Pinch (Small Pinch)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced
  Chopped fresh basil 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan, then whisk in the arrowroot mixture, which will instantly thicken the water.
Remove from the heat, pour into a small bowl, and let cool.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
