|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Arrowroot||2 1⁄4 Teaspoon, mixed with 2 1/4 teaspoons cold water|
|Extra virgin olive oil||4 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lime juice||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Red wine vinegar||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable seasoning||1 Pinch (Small Pinch)|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), minced|
|Chopped fresh basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan, then whisk in the arrowroot mixture, which will instantly thicken the water.
Remove from the heat, pour into a small bowl, and let cool.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
