Greek Bean And Feta Salad With Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Sweet red pepper 1 , sliced
  Onion 1 Small, sliced into thin rings
  Cherry tomatoes 1⁄3 Pound
  Finely chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh oregano 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped greek black olives 1 Tablespoon
  Feta cheese 2 Ounce, crumbled
For tahini dressing
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Tahini 2 Teaspoon (Crushed Sesame Seed Paste)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash beans and remove ends.
Place beans and red pepper in boiling salted water for 1 or 2 minutes.
Place under cold water.
Drain.
Arrange on flat serving dish.
Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over warm vegetables.
Add sliced onion and cherry tomatoes.
Sprinkle with parsley and oregano, then garnish with olives and Feta cheese.
