Thousand Island Dressing
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped stuffed olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped dill pickle||2 Tablespoon|
1. Combine egg, skim milk, vinegar, paprika, salt, dry mustard, chili powder and tomato paste in container of electric blender; cover. Process at high speed until well mixed.
2. Transfer dressing to small saucepan. Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until dressing thickens. Stir in olives and pickle. Chill to blend flavors before serving.
