Emerald Dressing

Ingredients
  Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1 Small)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Confectioners sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in jar or blender.
Cover and set aside 1 hour.
Shake 5 minutes or blend thoroughly before serving.
