Tart Mustard Dressing
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|White wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Reduced calorie margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Coarse grain mustard||2 Teaspoon|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a small saucepan; beat at high speed of an electric mixer 3 minutes.
Add vinegar, and beat just until blended.
Bring to a boil; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly with a wire whisk.
Remove from heat; stir in margarine and mustard.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
