Cucumber In Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cucumbers 3 , unpeeled and thinly sliced
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sprinkle salt over cucumbers; toss.
Chill 30 minutes, tossing occasionally.
Combine chopped parsley, dill weed, garlic salt, and yogurt.
Drain cucumber well; stir in yogurt dressing.
Garnish with additional parsley, if desired.
