Salmon Carpaccio With Soy Sprouts And Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
  Frozen salmon fillets 300 Gram, rolled
  Soy bean sprouts 300 Gram
  Ginger 30 Gram, julienned
  Mushroom 30 Gram, julienned
  Coriander 20 Gram
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

Make a salad of the bean sprouts, ginger, mushrooms and coriander.
Toss in half the dressing and place it in the middle of the plate.
Cut the salmon rolls into very thin slices and arrange around the plate.
Dressing Prepare a dressing consisting of soy sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, salt, pepper and lime juice
