Oyster Dressing For Turkey
|Corn meal||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon (Heaping)|
|Butter/Substitute||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Mix and bake in greased pan until brown.
Add 1 quart oysters, 1 onion, minced; pepper to taste, more salt if needed, and water, if too stiff.
This will stuff a turkey weighing from 12 to 14 pounds.
