Pineapple Dressing

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Beaten eggs 2
  Cream cheese 6 Ounce (Two 3 Ounce Packages)
Directions

Combine dry ingredients in saucepan; blend in fruit juices.
Cook, stirring constantly, till clear, about 5 to 8 minutes.
Slowly stir into eggs.
Return to saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes, or till mixture thickens slightly.
Cool 5 minutes.
Soften cream cheese; beat cooled mixture into it.
Chill.
