Fruit Platter With Orange Dressing

Ingredients
  Slightly beaten egg 1
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipping cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Assorted fresh fruits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In small saucepan combine egg, orange juice, honey, lemon juice, cardamom, and dash salt.
Cook and stir over medium-low heat till mixture thickens.
Cover; cool.
Beat cream till soft peaks form.
Fold into cooled egg mixture.
Cover and chill.
Arrange fruits on a platter.
