Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Anchovy paste 1 Ounce
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced
  Freshly squeezed lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tarragon 2 1⁄2 Ounce
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until liquified.
Chill
