Ingredients
  Plain low-fat yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mint/1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed 4 Teaspoon
  Pepper sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl combine yogurt, mint and pepper sauce; mix well.
Cover; refrigerate.
