|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Homemade Or Purchased)|
|Tomato based chili sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Sweet pickle relish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Hard-cooked eggs||2 , finely chopped|
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion, green pepper, pimento, pickle relish, eggs, and salt and pepper to taste; blend well.
Thin with a little half-and-half, if desired.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate. garnish.
Store for as long as 1 week.
