Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs) (Kikkoman)
  Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a jar with airtight lid, pour vinegar and slowly stream in oil.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients to the vinegar mixture.
3) Put the lid on tightly and shake vigorously until all the ingredients combine well together.
4) Store in refrigerator until needed.

SERVING
5) Shake well and use over desired salad.
