Creamy Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Hard cooked egg yolks 2
  Raw egg yolk 1
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Sieve hard-cooked egg yolks into small bowl.
Blend in raw egg yolk.
Stir in yogurt, onion, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Cover and chill.
Use within several days.
