Limestone Salad With Shallot Dressing

Ingredients
  Red leaf/Butter lettuce leaves 4
  Limestone lettuce/2 small heads butter lettuce 1⁄2 Pound
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Minced shallots 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil/Salad oil 7 Tablespoon
Directions

Arrange 3 or 4 red leaf lettuce leaves on each of 6 individual salad plates.
Separate limestone lettuce into individual leaves and distribute evenly on red lettuce.
Combine vinegar, mustard, shallots, salt, and oil; blend well.
Spoon dressing equally over each salad
