Lemon Thyme Dressing
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated lemon peel||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced or pressed|
|Sugar||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Thyme leaves||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
In a container, combine oil, lemon peel, juice, garlic, sugar, thyme, salt, and pepper; blend well.
Just before serving, stir in parsley.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Store for as long as 1 week.
