  Condensed tomato soup 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Sweet pickle relish 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Grated lemon rind 1 , grated
  Grated lemon rind 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients; chill.
Stir well and serve over crisp salad greens.
