Butter Lettuce With Gorgonzola Dressing

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crumbled gorgonzola cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter lettuce leaves 6 Cup (96 tbs), broken into bite-size pieces (Lightly Packed)
Directions

Combine oil, lemon juice, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for several hours to allow flavors to blend.
Chill lettuce until ready to serve.
Shake dressing, pour over lettuce, and toss gently.
