Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced / pressed
  Coarsely chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped watercress 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Coarsely Chopped)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Anchovy paste/Finely chopped anchovy fillets 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade / Purchased)
Directions

In a blender, place garlic, parsley, onion, watercress, salt, tarragon, anchovy paste, lemon juice, and mayonnaise; whirl until smooth.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Store for as long as 1 week.
