Green Goddess Dressing

|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced / pressed|
|Coarsely chopped green onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Coarsely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped watercress||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Coarsely Chopped)|
|Tarragon leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Anchovy paste/Finely chopped anchovy fillets||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Homemade / Purchased)|
In a blender, place garlic, parsley, onion, watercress, salt, tarragon, anchovy paste, lemon juice, and mayonnaise; whirl until smooth.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Store for as long as 1 week.
