Classic Dressing Stuffings

  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolk 1 , beaten
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Pour milk into 4-cup glass measure.
Blend in cornstarch, sugar, mustard, salt, paprika and pepper; mix well.
Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth and continue cooking on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
Add a little warm mixture to beaten egg yolk.
Stir and combine with remaining hot cream mixture.
Microwave on medium for 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Stir in vinegar and oil.
Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
