Ingredients
  Vegetable salt/Coarse kosher salt 2 Teaspoon
  Coarsely ground black pepper 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), cut into pieces
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 5 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 10 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
Directions

Combine all ingredients in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until thick and smooth.
