|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Blue cheese||2 Ounce (1/3 Cup)|
1. Put cottage cheese, lemon juice, onion salt, and water into blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Add blue cheese; blend until nearly smooth.
4. Store in refrigerator. Will keep about 5 days.
