|Water||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
|Yolks from hard boiled eggs||3|
|Cream||165 Milliliter (2/3 cup)|
|White vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Milliliter (1/4 tsp)|
1 In a blender jar, combine water and egg yolks.
2 Blend well.
3 Add cream, vinegar and pepper; blend again.
4 Place in the refrigerator and chill.
5 If mixing by hand, mix egg yolks to a paste along with water.
6 Gradually add the other ingredients, mixing constantly.
7 Use to dress your favorite salad.
