Low Cal Green Goddess Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
  Tarragon leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Tarragon wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Green onion 1 , thinly sliced
  Minced parsley 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste/Finely chopped anchovy fillets 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unflavored yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place tarragon and vinegar in a blender; let stand for 5 minutes.
Add onion, parsley, anchovy paste, sugar, salt, and yogurt; whirl until smooth.
If made ahead, cover and refrigerate.
Store for as long as 1 week
