  Parsley 2 Ounce, chopped
  Green onions 3 Ounce, chopped
  Hard boiled eggs 2 , chopped
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic powder/1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
