Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tofu/Soy bean curd/cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Tamari 2 Tablespoon (Soy Sauce)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lecithin 1 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Adding only the minimum water that is necessary, put all ingredients in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until thick and creamy.
