Ingredients
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped fresh basil/1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Bottled hot pepper sauce To Taste (Several Dashed Required)
Directions

In screw-top jar combine oil, wine, lemon juice, sugar, basil, salt, bottled hot pepper sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Cover and shake to mix well.
Chill.
Shake again before serving.
