Cheese And Tomato Dressing

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Goat's Or Cow's Milk)
  Homemade mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Tomato 1 , peeled and mashed
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Tamari 3 Tablespoon (Soy Sauce)
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), very finely chopped
Directions

1. By hand, in an electric blender or in a food processor, blend or process the cottage cheese and mayonnaise together until smooth.
2. Mix the tomato, lemon juice, tamari, oregano, thyme, salt, and garlic together until well blended. Combine the two mixtures.
