Cooked Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Poppy seeds 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In 2 cup glass measure microwave (high) butter 15 seconds.
Stir in flour, mustard, and salt.
Add sugar.
Slowly blend in vinegar and egg.
Microwave (high) 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute until mixture is very thick.
Fold in poppy seeds.
Chill before using.
