Ingredients
  Blender mayonnaise 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Green onions 2 , cut into pieces
  Anchovy paste 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Dairy sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Tarragon vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoons)
  Sugar 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Salt 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Pepper 1⁄2 Milliliter (1/8 Teaspoon)
  Lemon juice 7 Milliliter (1 1/2 Teaspoons)
  Parsley sprigs 1
Directions

Assemble Blender.
Put all ingredients into blender container.
Cover and process at MIX until onion is finely chopped.
