Grapefruit Dressing

Ingredients
  White grapefruit 1
  Pink grapefruit 1
  Sour cream 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Honey 5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)
  Chopped mint 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

–  Peel grapefruit, including white membrane. Separate into segments and coarsely chop each piece.
–  Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
–  Garnish with fresh mint.
