|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Whole garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
In a mixing bowl or the small bowl of your electric mixer, place the salad oil, catsup, vinegar, honey, salt, paprika, and grated onion.
Beat thoroughly with a rotary beater, or beat at medium speed on your electric mixer until very well blended.
Add the whole clove of garlic, and let stand about 10 minutes, or until you are ready to use it.
Remove the garlic when it has flavored the dressing to your taste.
Beat again just before serving.
Store in your refrigerator, beating every time you use it
