Citrus Caper Dressing

This citrus caper dressing is a herbed and fruited salad dressing. Made with orange juice and vinegar base flavored with garlic, caper and mustard, the citrus caper dressing is perfect for fruit and vegetable salads. With a tang to it, it is fresh and always cheers up your salad platter.
  Orange juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Ground black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine all ingredients in jar or bottle with tight-fitting lid; shake well.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Shake well before using.
