Slow Cooked Sage Dressing
|Stale bread cubes||15 Cup (240 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Rubbed sage||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), melted|
In a large bowl, combine bread, celery, onion, sage, salt and pepper; mix well.
Add butter and toss.
Spoon into a 5-qt.slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring once.
