Slow Cooked Sage Dressing

Ingredients
  Stale bread cubes 15 Cup (240 tbs)
  Chopped celery 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Rubbed sage 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), melted
Directions

In a large bowl, combine bread, celery, onion, sage, salt and pepper; mix well.
Add butter and toss.
Spoon into a 5-qt.slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, stirring once.
