Ingredients
  Scallions 2 , coarsely chopped
  Low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Watercress 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Packed)
  Minced fresh tarragon/1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
Process on low to medium speed until smooth.
Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
Will keep for 5 to 7 days.
Stir before serving.
