Ingredients
  Low calorie yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar replacement 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Low calorie whipped topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), prepared
Directions

Drain yogurt; beat until smooth and fluffy.
Add mace, sugar replacement, and salt.
Beat until blended.
Fold in prepared whipped topping.
