Ingredients
  Nonfat buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil leaves 1 Tablespoon
  Snipped chives 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon, minced
Directions

Place all ingredients in small bowl; stir to combine.
Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 days.
