Deluxe Garlic Dressing

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Cider vinegar/Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

1. Into small bowl or jar, measure all ingredients; mix with wire whisk or fork (or cover jar and shake) until well blended. Cover and refrigerate. Stir or shake before using. Serve on mixed greens, chef's salad, tomato slices, chilled cooked vegetables, cold shrimp.
