Raspberry Cream Dressing

Ingredients
  Heavy cream/Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seedless raspberry preserves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
With rubber spatula, fold in mayonnaise, raspberry preserves, and lemon peel until blended.
Cover and refrigerate
