Lite Blue Cheese Dressing
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dry Curd / Nonfat)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Nonfat / Reduced Fat)|
|Nonfat buttermilk/Nonfat yogurt||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crushed garlic||1 Teaspoon (Fresh)|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Place 1/4 cup of the blue cheese and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Stir in the remaining blue cheese.
2. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl, cover, and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
