Lite Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Crumbled blue cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dry Curd / Nonfat)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Nonfat / Reduced Fat)
  Nonfat buttermilk/Nonfat yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar/Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed garlic 1 Teaspoon (Fresh)
  Ground white pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place 1/4 cup of the blue cheese and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth. Stir in the remaining blue cheese.
2. Transfer the dressing to a small bowl, cover, and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
